Programme - Day 2

09.00 - 13.00 - Rotation through practical skills stations in small groups with the opportunity to practice image acquisition with direct supervision from experienced paediatric cardiologists, neonatologists and sonographers.

We also use simulators of neonatal cardiac conditions. These simulators have been developed by Dr Michael Weidenbach of Liepzig, Germany, and provide excellent insights into image acquisition of structural congenital heart disease:
